- Can I return a product after purchasing?
Yes — you can return a product within 01 days of delivery ONLY if the item does not match:
- The inspection report you received
- The description shown at the time of purchase
- The promised condition (A+, A, B Category, etc.)
- What if the product stops working after some days?
If the product develops a functional issue within the warranty period, you are eligible for:
- Free repair, OR
- Replacement (if repair is not possible), OR
- Partial or full refund depending on the issue and product condition
(Warranty period varies by item: see your inspection card / invoice.)

- Air Conditioners
- Washing Machines
BUT ONLY IF the issue is not mentioned in the inspection report.
- What products are NOT eligible for return?
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The customer caused physical damage
- The product was opened, altered, or repaired by someone else
- The item was damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
- The issue was already clearly mentioned in the inspection report
- The customer changed their mind after purchase (“I don’t like it anymore”)
- Do I need to return the accessories?
Yes. All included accessories must be returned:
Failure to return accessories may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
- Do I need the inspection report for returns?
Yes: The inspection report is used to:
- Verify the condition during sale
- Compare the issue
- Approve returns or warranty claims
No report = No claim.
- How long does the refund process take?
Once approved, refunds take:

- Instant for cash purchases (depending on claim verification)
- How do I request a return?

- Product name
- Issue details
- Photo or video proof (if needed)
- Who pays for return shipping or pickup?
- If the issue is our fault, we will handle pickup/shipping free of cost.
- Do you offer replacement products?
Yes.
If the issue is verified, you can get:
- A similar model
- Same price range
- Same or higher quality category
If no replacement is available, we provide refund or repair.
- What if the product has a minor issue I agreed to earlier?
If an issue is mentioned in the inspection report and you accepted it during purchase, then:
That issue is NOT eligible for return
BUT the product is still covered for other problems not mentioned earlier
